Delivered orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

How do I start a return or exchange?+
Sign in, open the delivered order under Account > Orders, choose Return or Exchange, and select the item(s) and reason.

How long does a refund take once approved?+
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method (or record it against your order for COD orders). You can follow the status on your order and return details in your account.
